Consultation Services
Consultations are provided by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Samantha Skerrett (License #419479 ) after the signed Initial Consultation Agreement is received.
Duration
The consultation is 45 minutes, delivered via Google Meet. Unused time is non-refundable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduling will not be refunded.
Missed Appointments and Lateness
The appointment will be considered a missed appointment and will not be refunded. Clients more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled without a refund or reschedule.
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to provide truthful and accurate information.
Consultant Non-attendance
If the consultant cannot attend due to illness or emergency, the appointment will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
